Job duties and responsibilities:
Establish and implement company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, and oversee those personnel processes.
Review performance data including financial, sales and activity reports to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Direct and coordinate activities of Trinity Place concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products.
Set prices for Trinity Place's products based on forecasts of customer demand.
Recommend locations for new facilities and oversee the remodeling or renovating of current facilities.
Direct non-merchandising departments of business, such as advertising and purchasing.
